The hotel's rooms were nice, big, and clean with a pull-out couch for my son. Although there was a slight smell, it wasn't as bad as the first room. The room was very nice and beautiful for getting ready in the morning.

My stay at the Renaissance Marriott Inn in New Rochelle was a mix of highs and lows. The location was terrific, convenient to various dining options and kid-friendly entertainment, making up for some shortcomings in other areas. The service was outstanding, with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, although there were a few hiccups with the room cleanliness and breakfast offerings.

The rooms, while having a cozy fireplace like I've experienced before, were not really suitable for more than two adults. Unfortunately, I found the linens to be dirty, which was a bit disappointing.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to dining options like Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, and Buffalo Wild Wing, as well as entertainment venues. Despite a small etiquette issue with a guest at the waffle maker, the overall convenience and proximity to Manhattan made up for it.

Thanks to my husband's Marriott reward status, the rooms were very clean, but unfortunately had a poor setup and became quite smelly during my stay. The service, especially from the staff that greeted me as I stepped off the elevator, was perfect. The dining experience, while offering a good choice of hot and cold foods in the buffet-style breakfast room, felt somewhat lacking in bread and cereal selections and seating. Overall, the Renaissance Marriott Inn in New Rochelle provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
